4. Giveaway Entries

Eligible purchases may include promotional giveaway entries.

• Entry amounts, multipliers, and promotional offers are stated on the applicable product page.

• Entries are automatically assigned after successful payment.

• Entry multipliers (including promotional 20x, 50x, or similar campaigns) are temporary and may begin or end without prior notice.

• Purchase of a product does not guarantee winning.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Battle Aero reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and cancel entries that violate these Terms.

5. No Purchase Alternative

No purchase is necessary to enter. To receive one (1) free giveaway entry, participants must follow @battle_aero on Instagram and send a screenshot proving they followed the account to battleaerogiveaway@gmail.com. The email must include the participant’s full name, contact phone number, and mailing address. Once verified, one (1) entry will be added into the giveaway system.

6. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable posters, promotional graphics, digital collectibles, and exclusive digital content.

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge:

• Digital products are for personal use only.

• Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, copied, modified, licensed, or commercially exploited.

• Unless stated otherwise, digital products are non-exclusive and ownership of intellectual property remains with Battle Aero.

All digital product sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

8. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Battle Aero is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Physical Merchandise

Returns may be accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 1 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.

All website content including logos, branding, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, videos, and digital assets are owned by Battle Aero or used with permission.
